These terms apply to obalegacy.com, our online forms, our consultation booking, our social media accounts and our internal social media publishing tool, all operated by Opulence Business Acquisition ("OBA", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Our services

OBA is a business brokerage. Information on this website is general information about our services. Using the website, sending a form or booking a call does not create a brokerage relationship. That happens only under a written agreement signed by you and OBA.

Listing information

  • Listing information on this website is a summary for general information only. It is based on information provided by sellers and has not been independently verified by OBA.
  • It is not an offer to sell or a guarantee of any result. Full details are shared only under a signed non-disclosure agreement and confirmed only in the final deal documents.
  • Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence and should consult their own advisors.
  • Listings may change, go under contract or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Confidentiality

Confidential information we share about a business is covered by the non-disclosure agreement you sign. Please do not contact a seller, its employees, customers, landlords or suppliers directly about a listing. All contact goes through OBA.

Information you send us

You agree that information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Emails and messages

When you send us a form, email or message, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any of them.

Our social media publishing tool

  • Our social media publishing tool is an internal tool for OBA team members to schedule and publish posts to OBA's own social media accounts. Public sign-up is closed.
  • Anyone connecting an account confirms they are authorized to manage it. Posts are published only after OBA approves them.
  • Each platform's own terms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and YouTube) also apply. OBA is responsible for the content it publishes, which must follow the law and each platform's community guidelines.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse this website, for example by breaking the law, sending false information, interfering with the site's operation or copying listing content in bulk.

Our content

The text, design, logo and other content on this website belong to OBA or are used under license. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Please consult your own advisors before making a decision to buy or sell a business.

Other websites

Our website may link to other websites and services, such as marketplaces, scheduling and e-signature tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
